Refund policy

The China Supplier Vetting Kit is delivered as a digital download. Please review the product description, file formats, software requirements, and scope before purchasing.

When we will help

Contact us if you were charged more than once for the same order, cannot access the purchased files, received corrupted or materially incomplete files, or believe the product was materially misdescribed. We will first attempt to correct the delivery or file issue and will issue an appropriate refund when the issue cannot be resolved.

Change-of-mind requests

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, change-of-mind refunds may be limited after successful delivery or download. Requests are reviewed fairly based on delivery status, the reason given, platform rules, and applicable consumer law.

How to request support

Submit the request within 7 days of purchase when practical and include the purchase email, order reference, and a short description of the issue. Never send full card details. Use the public contact link on our GitHub profile until the dedicated support email is published.

Applicable rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or refund rights provided by the payment platform or applicable law.
