Terms of use

These terms apply to the China Supplier Vetting Kit and related digital files sold by Supplier Vetting Lab. Purchasing or using the files means you agree to these terms.

Licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for your own use or internally within one business. You may make reasonable backup copies.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share outside the licensed business, or offer the files or substantially similar derivatives as a competing standalone product.

Decision-support scope

The kit helps organize research, evidence, assumptions, scores, and cost estimates. It does not verify a supplier automatically, guarantee supplier performance, authenticate documents, determine actual customs charges, or replace legal, tax, compliance, customs, quality-control, or inspection advice.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for confirming supplier identity, product compliance, contracts, payment arrangements, import requirements, tax treatment, inspection scope, and all commercial decisions.

Availability and compatibility

The workbook is intended for a modern version of Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet application. The editable guide requires Microsoft Word or a compatible editor. Compatibility can vary by application and version.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Supplier Vetting Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from sourcing decisions or use of the kit. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
